Shop EnterLynk Return Policy
At Shop EnterLynk, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated by contacting us for a Return Authorization (RA) before sending the item back.
How to Return
1. Contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Securely package your item(s) and include the RA number inside the package.
3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our support team.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Final sale items
• Monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items
• Digital products
• Perishable items
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear
• Personal care items (non-returnable and non-exchangeable)
