Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping
EnterLynk proudly ships worldwide.

  • Shipping Times: Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Rates: International shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: EnterLynk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Carrier Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs delays that are outside of our control. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive.
  • Countries We Ship To: EnterLynk currently ships to most international destinations. If shipping to your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@enterlynk.com for assistance.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
EnterLynk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly. For damaged packages, contact us at info@enterlynk.com within 7 days of delivery.
